Penta Laser, a Zhejiang laser-equipment group founded in 2007, builds cutting machines and a welding range that runs from SWAN handheld welders to dedicated platforms. Begin with your joint, then ask Penta to quote one exact SWAN variant, such as the HW 800-A, with its full working package.
Wintures is the brand of Zhejiang Chuangli Welding Technology, a Jiaxing maker of stud welding equipment and stud welding heads. Before you ask for a price, send the stud drawing and the sheet it lands on, then ask which process, head and feeding setup Wintures proposes for that exact pair.
Dabu, based in Ningbo, sells workshop arc welders such as the MIG 180 wire welder, plus self-darkening helmets and cable products. Its contact page names two Ningbo companies. Start your enquiry by asking which one sells and warrants your machine, then quote one exact model with its full working package.
Jinfeng, a Ningbo machinery maker, builds cutting machines and welding automation for steel structures, including beam welding lines and box-column welding lines. Before asking for a price, map your fabrication route and mark which cutting, assembly, welding and handling steps the new equipment must cover.
Mingfeng, based in Yuyao near Ningbo, builds ultrasonic, hot-melt, hot-plate, spin and high-frequency plastic welding machines, plus the moulds, fixtures and custom equipment around them. Send your polymer and joint drawing first, then ask which process and tooling Mingfeng proposes for that part.
Yixin, in Ningbo's Yinzhou district, sells and services resistance welders for spot, projection, butt, seam and mesh work, plus dedicated automatic stations and welding peripherals. It calls itself a sales and service business, so first ask who builds the machine you are quoted and who integrates it.
Kaierda, a Hangzhou company listed on the STAR Market, builds industrial robots, arc-welding power sources, robot controllers and complete robot welding systems. Start by sending one real part drawing and asking for an itemised scope that shows which cell tasks Kaierda will deliver and which stay with you.
Xuansheng, in Hangzhou, builds machines for joining PE, HDPE and PPR plastic pipe: butt-fusion units, electrofusion machines, fitting-fusion equipment and pipe cutters. Before asking for a price, send the pipe material, outside diameter and wall thickness for every size you will join.
Chengyu, in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, builds automatic longitudinal and circumferential seam welders, positioners, H-beam gantries and custom welding stations. Send the full part drawing first. How the part is held, turned and reached by the torch decides the right station far more than seam length does.
Eweld in Hangzhou designs and integrates automated plasma, TIG and combined plasma-TIG welding systems, with microplasma for small, thin parts as a speciality. Start with a dimensioned drawing of your joint and real sample parts, so Eweld can explain which process it proposes and prove it on your material.
Ningbo Xinzhou builds resistance welding machines and dedicated production lines for steel grating, reinforcing mesh, trusses and IBC frames. Send drawings of your smallest, largest and hardest part before asking for a price, because the feeding, electrodes and line layout all follow from the workpiece.
Keyue, in Yueqing near Wenzhou, makes arc welding power sources: ZX7 stick welders, WS and WSME TIG units, MIG machines and MZ submerged-arc sources such as the MZ-1000. Before you ask for a price, describe your joint and decide whether you need one machine or a complete seam-welding package.
How to assess a welding equipment manufacturer
Use a company profile to open a sourcing conversation. Compare the product range the manufacturer publishes, the models that match your work and the documents each one comes with, then ask for a quotation against the exact model and configuration you need.
Name the company and the configuration
Ask for the legal entity that will issue the quotation and how it relates to the factory that builds the equipment. Request model-specific documents and ask whether the supplier manufactures, integrates or distributes the proposed system. If the offer includes third-party components, agree who installs and supports them. Confirm current availability for each model on the quotation.
Ask what is in the delivery
Send the same workpiece description to each supplier and request an equipment list, included accessories, optional items and exclusions. Ask which operations the proposed machine performs and which depend on your own fixtures, utilities or other stations. For automated lines, ask who is responsible for integration and what each cycle-time estimate assumes.
Keep facts, trials and contracts in order
Record the published facts, the supplier's answers, trial results and contract terms as separate items so each can be checked. Agree how a trial will be judged before it runs. Check any certificate with its issuer, named company, scope and expiry date.
Compare support before deciding
Ask for the documents delivered with the machine, spare-part numbers, support arrangements and warranty scope. Agree who installs the equipment and trains operators at your site, and run your own supplier and commercial checks before ordering. The directory grows as each manufacturer is researched, so it is a selection rather than a full list of Chinese factories.
