WeldOrigin keeps the contact details, company information and sourcing requirements you submit in a secure server database so that the editorial and sourcing team can review and answer them.
Information you submit
Forms request only the details needed to review a factory application or sourcing request. Company websites and email addresses submitted for review are not displayed in the public directory.
Session and security storage
A session cookie protects forms and retains your confirmation. The comparison shortlist is saved in your browser. A hashed network-address bucket is used to limit repeated submissions.
Usage statistics, retention and your requests
Essential cookies run without a choice because the forms cannot work without them. Usage statistics are optional: the site asks before loading any analytics service and loads nothing if you decline, and your choice is stored only in your browser.
Submitted information is kept for as long as it is needed to handle the request or application and the correspondence that follows. To ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your information, send a privacy request through the contact form or email support@weldorigin.com.
