Xinzhou GWC-3200-C Reinforcing Mesh Welding Line
The GWC-3200-C is Xinzhou's reinforcing mesh welding line for 6–12 mm wire and panels up to 3200 mm wide, fed from coiled main wire with automatic cutting and unloading. Send your mesh drawing first, so Xinzhou can mark the arrangement it would supply against your sizes and spacing.

What the GWC-3200-C does
Xinzhou lists the GWC-3200-C as one model in its GWC-C family of reinforcing mesh lines. The main wires run in from coils. The line steps the mesh forward with servo drives, welds the cross wires row by row, cuts each panel to length and unloads it automatically.
The published limits are a wire diameter of 6–12 mm and a mesh width of up to 3200 mm. Xinzhou quotes a welding rate of roughly 60–90 rows per minute without naming the mesh or the operating conditions behind it. The product page also names several brands of control components. Xinzhou's wider range, including grating and IBC-frame lines, appears on its manufacturer profile.
[1]Start from your mesh drawing
Buying guidance
The 3200 mm figure is the widest panel the line handles. Whether it makes your panel depends on the full geometry. Send the overall panel size, the spacing of longitudinal and cross wires, the diameter in each direction, the edge overhangs and any zones with a different pitch. Add the steel grade and the condition in which the wire arrives.
A request for plain reinforcing mesh leaves the factory guessing about tooling and feeding. Ask Xinzhou to mark your drawing with the arrangement it proposes and to list any wire and spacing combinations the offered line cannot run. The wire range and panel width describe geometry. Keep them apart from welding current when you compare this line with another resistance welding offer.
Trace the wire from coil to finished stack
Buying guidance
Xinzhou's description covers coiled main wire, mesh stepping, cutting to length and unloading. Map every step your plant needs around those functions. Ask who supplies coil handling, straightening or other conditioning, cross-wire preparation, feeding and support tables. If a standalone machine is missing from the offer, find out whether the line handles that step itself or whether you must buy it separately.
A layout drawing helps here. It should show the direction of flow, the loading access, the support for outgoing mesh and the floor space needed to lift away a finished stack. Because the product page names several control brands, ask for the parts list of the exact controls in your quotation. Other mesh and resistance machines are grouped on the resistance welding category page if you want a second offer.
Turn rows per minute into panels you can sell
Buying guidance
A row count measures how fast the welding head advances. Your production plan depends on good panels leaving the line. Ask which mesh size, wire combination, pitch and feed condition gave the 60–90 rows per minute figure. Count cutting, unloading, coil changes and product changeovers in the cycle, since a short continuous demonstration leaves these out.
For a regular panel, the number of cross-wire rows lets you relate the welding rate to one panel on your drawing. Use that only as a planning estimate. The real figure comes from a trial on your representative drawing, where you record good panels, rejected panels, stops and elapsed time. Keep gross cycle speed and saleable output as two separate lines in the trial record.
Define a good panel before the trial
Buying guidance
Your drawing fixes dimensions and spacing. Your application and the rules that apply to it decide how the welded intersections must be tested. Ask your responsible engineer to set the sampling plan, the joint checks, the permitted deformation and the dimensional tolerances. Reinforcing mesh has no single weld-strength figure that suits every project.
Ask for a trial record that names the wire lots, the machine configuration, the settings, the inspection method and the panels inspected. A grid that looks complete can still hide weak joints, so test intersections as your engineer specifies. The Chinese product text mentions cross-wire detection in unclear terms. If you need missing-wire detection, ask Xinzhou to describe the fault it catches and show how the line reacts.
Plan the site, tooling and changeovers
Buying guidance
Request the layout of the offered line, the foundation or anchoring needs, the electrical load and the other utilities for your configuration. Mesh width tells you nothing about your floor or power supply. Split responsibility for incoming material, handling, utility connection, commissioning and the working area around loading and unloading. Get the operating and safety manuals for this machine so a competent person can assess your site.
If you run several mesh types, ask how spacing and panel size are changed, which adjustments need tools and what has to be checked after each change. Ask for the first set of electrodes, the wear items, the maintenance access and a recommended spare-parts list as named lines in the price.
Points to settle with Xinzhou in writing
Buying guidance
Run acceptance in two stages, one at the factory and one at your site. For each stage, write down the exact configuration, drawing revision, wire specification and utilities. Fix the run length, the stops you will accept, the inspection sample and what counts as output before the line starts. Include how the line restarts after a stop and how doubtful panels are set aside. Keep photos or inspection records tied to the tested batch where your project allows.
Before you sign, get Xinzhou's written answer on the current price, production slot, delivery date, warranty and conformity documents for the GWC-3200-C. Ask how a failed trial will be corrected and retested. Add the mesh range it commits to for your drawing, the controls it will fit and the list of included equipment. A filled-in checklist helps, but the signed offer and your own engineering acceptance are what protect the order.

A useful brief for the supplier
Fill in each item. Ask the supplier to respond against the same specification so two offers can be compared.
- Drawing revision: panel size, wire pitch in both directions, edge details and tolerances.
- Wire: steel grade, diameter each way, coil condition and who supplies it.
- Product mix: panel quantities, variants and how often you change over.
- Scope of supply: feeding, straightening, cutting, unloading, controls, utilities and spares.
- Acceptance: sample size, joint checks, permitted stops and how output is counted.
- Support: installation duties, training, manuals and warranty response time.
Buyer questions
Will any mesh up to 3200 mm wide fit the GWC-3200-C?
Width is only one limit. Check wire diameter in both directions, spacing, edge overhangs and tooling against the configuration Xinzhou offers, and ask the factory to mark your drawing. [1]
Can I plan output from 60–90 rows per minute?
Use it as a starting point. Ask which mesh produced that rate, then measure good panels per hour in a trial that includes cutting, unloading and stops. [1]
Why is there no welding current figure for this line?
Xinzhou publishes wire diameter and mesh width, which describe the panel. Ask the factory for the electrical load and transformer data of the configuration it quotes. [1]
