The 2021 Shuangxi report: what it says about Yuren
An environmental report prepared in November 2021 for Jiaxing Shuangxi Technology Co., Ltd., and published by the provincial government, describes premises that Shuangxi leases from Jiaxing Yuren Mesh Welding Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. at 981 Xinong Road. The passage sits on PDF page 12, printed page 10. The company name and address agree with Yuren's own site.
The project in that report is Shuangxi's own steel-mesh plant. Its investment, headcount, equipment count and planned annual output describe Shuangxi, and you will find none of those figures among Yuren's facts here. The report also dates from 2021. For Yuren's present manufacturing set-up and the performance of the machine you are quoting, ask Yuren directly and judge the answer in your trial.

Start from the mesh drawing and the incoming wire
Give Yuren the panel length and width, the pitch of the line wires and of the cross wires, the edge overhang and the range of wire diameters. Add the material specification, wire condition and how much bow you can accept. Say whether longitudinal wires arrive as pre-cut bars or from coils, and how cross wires are prepared. The feeding system Yuren proposes should fit those inputs. Mesh plants load wire in different ways, so ask for the method to be described in the offer.
If you make several panel designs, send the largest and smallest, plus how often you change between them. Ask which dimensions are set in the program and which need mechanical adjustment or different tooling. Mesh width is only one part of the fit. The quote should list the welding positions, how unused positions are switched off and any limits on combining diameter, pitch and panel size. Judge joint quality and output separately
Set the joint tests, panel dimensions and inspection method that your mesh must pass. Tell Yuren how samples will be picked and what counts as an accepted joint and an accepted panel. Ask for a trial with the wire grade and diameter combination you will actually run, including unequal longitudinal and cross-wire sizes where you use them. Record settings and results against the configuration on trial.
For output, agree what the clock covers. Wire preparation, loading, welding, indexing, unloading and stacking can be separate steps or one line. Ask Yuren for a rate on your stated drawing and feeding method, with crew size and changeovers included where they apply. Count accepted panels per shift. A headline welding speed or a short demonstration gives a much rougher figure.

Plan power, water, air and floor space
Tell Yuren your electrical supply, the spare capacity and any limits on loads running at once. Ask for the machine's maximum and normal demand, its welding schedule and its installation needs. State what cooling water and compressed air you have, and ask for the exact figures the machine needs for each. Send a floor plan that shows wire storage, loading access, panel travel and where finished mesh goes. A large panel may need support beyond the welding head, and the unloading set-up affects both the operator's work and output. Ask who supplies each feeder, straightener, cutter, conveyor and stacker. Name the installer and the interfaces between suppliers, so a bare-machine price is never mistaken for a working line.

Turn training and upgrades into project terms
Yuren says it provides training and system upgrades. Ask how that works on your project: who commissions the line, who trains operators and maintenance staff, which manuals and drawings ship, and how machine settings are backed up. Request part numbers for spare electrodes and wear parts, when each should be replaced, and the procedure for a control-system revision.
For acceptance, keep the agreed mesh drawings, trial conditions, component list and inspection results in one file. A factory demonstration in Jiaxing and installation acceptance at your own plant are two separate milestones, and each needs its own sign-off.

Settle these with Yuren in writing
Before you commit, get one written offer that names the contracting company, the full component scope and the accepted-output rate for your drawing. It should state service response times for breakdowns and list what is excluded from installation, tooling, training and support.
Ask Yuren to back any export references it gives you with contacts you can reach. Agree who signs off the factory trial and who signs off on site. Keep a copy of the trial record with the contract, so both sides refer to the same wire, settings and panels later.
