Replacing a transducer or generator in a machine you already run is a matching job. Send Chenggong the identities of the existing components, how they connect mechanically and electrically, and any manuals or drawings you hold. Say whether you are swapping a part inside a working machine or developing a new process. The two lead to different offers.

Describe the whole stack: the horn, the booster where there is one, the mounting, and the way the machine controls the ultrasonic cycle. Photographs help Chenggong recognise the connections. Add dimensions and the electrical interface so the engineers can match them. A nominal frequency or power label is too little to pick a part on its own. Ask what changes the swap needs and who signs off the assembled system once the new part is fitted.

Plastic: name the polymer, any fillers and the joint geometry. Metal: state the actual metal pair, whether you join sheet or wire, and whether the joint must carry current, hold a load, or both. Nonwoven: describe the fabric build, the layering and the finished seam you need. Geogrid: show the joint pattern, the material and the finished geometry.

With that brief in hand, ask Chenggong to propose the full tool and workpiece arrangement and to explain how the joints will be accepted. Settings, frequency and throughput from one application rarely carry over to another, so ask for figures worked out on your own part.

For a complete machine, ask for the tool-contact geometry and the fixture that will hold your part. Get a clear list of what ships with the machine and what you must design or buy yourself. Ask how the generator and components connect to your line controls, and how the system reacts to an incomplete or abnormal cycle. A general drive-supply description says little about cycle monitoring, so ask which signals the controls actually record.

If the ultrasonic unit goes into another machine, define the mounting space, the service access and the signals passed between the two systems. The quoted components, tooling and controls should appear by name in the trial record. That way you can tell a tested package apart from a parts order with engineering still to do.

Agree the physical or functional checks for the finished product before the trial begins. Build the sample set from real parts with their normal incoming variation, and log failed joints alongside good ones. On a component project, test the complete assembled system under your real workload. A bench reading tells you little about production.

Watch loading, joining and unloading, including the pauses and part changes your line will have. Keep the tooling and settings together with the accepted samples. Ask for drawings or part identifiers good enough to reorder matching components and tools later. Find out whether a repair changes the accepted setup and how the process is checked afterwards. Request the manuals, the utility requirements and the operator training Chenggong proposes.

Terms differ for a single component, a complete machine and a custom integrated station, so ask for each to be priced on its own line. When you compare quotations from several ultrasonic makers, line up the same package: source, horn, fixture, controls, commissioning and spares. A sound order rests on a clearly listed package, documented compatibility and a good result on representative parts.

Package: the exact source, tooling, fixture, controls and utilities included, and who commissions the assembled system.
